EXCITED ABOUT WHAT THIS VIDEO WILL DO FOR THE BRANDAND CUSTOMER RETENTION

The Situation

A friend of ours  running a successful T-Shirt design start-up approached us to put together a video to thank all their wonderful customers who donated towards a Pozzible campaign aimed at donating fashionable, confidence building, T-Shirt to Asylum Seekers looking to start a new life in Melbourne.

The Brief

Our brief was to create a feel-good message for our client's customers who recently supported a Pozzible campaign to help Asylum Seekers. We wanted to encourage the customer to continue to shop with the brand and support its future causes.

What We Said

We immediately knew that this was going to be a documentary style video. We thought the charitable spirit of the cause could only be served by transparent nature of a documentary.

In Production

Most people assume that documentaries are shot purely run-and-gun, with little to no planning. For us, it is quite the opposite. We worked closely with the client and the charities to co-ordinate the day. We continually tweaked our load-out leading upto the day to adjust fot shooting conditions. Something as simple as ensuring there was enough lighting while shooting in the car made the difference between pulling the job off or not.

What Happened?

Our client was absolutely amazed with our first edit, and could not wait to share it with the campagin donors. We were personally very happy with the efficient manner in which this video was created. Simple yet effective.
